The house stays cool with central AC and cozy in the winter with central heating, ensuring a pleasant stay no matter the season. This house was perfect for our family vacation. The location to the beach was the best. Very easy walk to the beach, step out of the door and you have your own private pool. If you have small children you don’t have to worry about them going out to the pool without you knowing because the door to the pool is equipped with an alarm. Highly recommend this house!!
