Terrific Apartment

Just returned from a 4 week holiday in Calpe. The location of the apartment was superb with sea views. It was fully equipped with everything needed for a short or long stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Perfect Stay in Paradise Appartement overlooking the Calpe Rock

There are no words to describe this appartement, all is brand new, luxurious and very tasteful. We cannot find a negative point even after 14 days of searching. the inside is wow, The Balcony by far the largest in Calpe is incredible, the view stunning. We were very warm received and waved out by Werner and Barbara, and even lunch and Wine was arranged. In short We will be Back! thank you again Werner and Barbara.

Working Holiday

my wife and I stayed for 4 weeks during March / April 2023. We are both able to work remotely which requires reliable internet access. We wasn't disappointed. The apartment has excellent WiFi coverage. All the equipment within the apartment is excellent quality and works as described. The location is perfect for exploring Calpe with a small beach literally directly in front of the apartment. The apartment block has a lift and underground garage however, parking is also available to the rear of the property. We couldn't fault anything about this property and have booked for next year already.

Wunderschöne Wohnung und perfekte Gastgeberin

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal in dieser tollen Wohnung, die an Komfort keine Wünsche offen lässt. Ganz besonders haben wir die große Terrasse genossen,die dank variabler Verglasung zu jeder Tageszeit zum verweilen einlädt.

Relaxen an der Costa Blanca

Nach einer 2wöchigen Anreise durch Frankreich und Spanien erreichte wir Calpe und die Wohnung, die wir schon aus dem Vorjahr kannten und beurteilt hatten. So wussten wir, dass die Wohnung der ideale Ort ist, um erst mal ein paar zu faulenzen und dann einige Unternehmungen zu starten. Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung war erneut in einem Top Zustand und wir konnten uns wieder an der überragenden Aussicht erfreuen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

un sejour de rêve

un appartement décoré avec goût et très bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et une promenade tout le long de la mer avec boutiques ,restaurants qui animent cette belle ville et ce merveilleux piton et ces petites plages avec une eau turquoise .nous avons visités les alentours ,les sources d'algar,la ville moraira un petit bijoux ,le zoo terra natura tout etait superbe.

Magnifique appartement vue mer

Nous avons passé un sejour tres agréable dans l appartement decoré avec goût. Rien ne manque pour le sejour des serviettes de plage au transat et parasols, au linge de maison. A notre arrivée quelques attentions nous attendaient ( pain, eau , jus d orange etc...)qui font plaisir Une literie de bonne qualité.. le moins la musique des restaurants dès 9h00 le matin parfois trop forte quand il y a la chanteuse difficile de se reposer.

Een comfortabel appartement

We zijn hier 2 weken geweest en hebben ons uitstekend vermaakt. We hadden gekozen voor dit appartement vanwege de goede recensies en deze waren bij aankomst zeer zeker terecht. Ook een eigen parkeergarage is aanwezig al moet je wel even wennen aan het inparkeren. Heel netjes en goed uitgeruste keuken. Woonkamer en slaapkamers voorzien van airco wat in het hoogseizoen toch wel prettig is in de avond. Het terras buiten is ook zeer ruim en en voorzien van zowel een eethoek maar ook een lounge hoek met tv aan de muur. Aan de overkant van het appartement is een heerlijk klein strand ( wel wat druk maar heel goed te doen) waar je wel 50 meter het water in kunt lopen. Op ca. 500 meter is een zeer groot strand maar daar is het echt druk. Verder veel leuke restaurantjes in de buurt en een vers bakkertje op 5 minuten lopen. Wij hebben in ieder geval genoten.

Prachtig appartement voorzien van alles wat nodig is. Jammer dat er 4 weken lawaai van het plaatsen van de nieuwe lift was, drilboor naast je slaapkamer om 08.00 uur! Uitzicht is mooi maar harde muziek van onderliggend terras. Verder prima contact met eigenaar gehad.

Schöne Wohnung in Top Lage

Als 80jähriger bin ich schon hier und da gewesen und habe einiges gesehen. Dies war die beste Ferienwohnung unseres bisherigen Lebens. Geniale Lage und zur Begeisterung meiner Frau mit viel Liebe und Geschmack ausgestattet. Eine echte Wohlfühloase. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Superbe appartement

A la seconde ou nous avons pousse la porte d entree nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. L appartement etait super propre, exactement conforme a la description, tout y est il ne manque rien. La decoration est faite avec beaucoup de goût et avec du materiel de super qualite. La terrasse est immense et la vue sur la mer et le pinon d Ifac epoustouflante. Bref un.sejour magnifique dans un appartement tout aussi magnifique. Nous reviendrons c est certain.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Penon Ifach! Direkt am Meer/Strand, alles zu Fuss erreichbar (Restaurants, Shops, Tor direkt zum Strand), Garage ist auch vorhanden. Angenehme, saubere Residenz, in der man sich sicher und wohl fühlt.

Perfecte accomodatie…..

We hebben 2 weken in dit appartement gelogeerd, alles klopte….! Heerlijke bedden, inrichting en keuken-accessoires. Een prachtig groot zonnig terras, waar je de hele dag kunt zitten, kortom, een dikke 10 ! De eigenaren hadden zelfs het eerste ontbijtje voor ons in de koelkast gezet met een flesje wijn voor de eerste avond, service ten top. Een aanrader !!
