Featuring four queen beds and one king bed, the cabin comfortably accommodates guests of all ages. Three thoughtfully equipped bathrooms make getting ready easy, while cool mountain air flows throughout the cabin for a refreshing, comfortable stay.

The open living area is open- concept, ideal for family movie nights, with comfy seating, a gas-log fireplace, and DirecTV. A fully stocked kitchen with place settings for 10, plus spacious dining area make shared meals simple and enjoyable.

Kids and adults alike will love the loft game area and the billiards room with a full-size slate pool table. Bedrooms are spread across three levels, offering privacy while still keeping everyone connected.

Step outside onto the spacious deck to enjoy fresh mountain air, rocking chairs, a 6-person hot tub, and a gas grill for easy family cookouts.

The cabin is outdated, and honestly not as clean as other places I've stayed.The beds are hard as rocks and the pillows are thin as paper.The 2 cooking knives are so dull, I could barely cut through avocado skin.Having an extension cord running across the living room is a tripping hazard, even though it's covered up.The light switches should be labeled. I could never get one of the remote for the fans to work, even though I changed the battery.

There were 4 couples and there was plenty of room and we really enjoyed it! The only downside was the water is Luke warm and lasts about 3 or 4 quick showers before it becomes ice cold. We enjoyed the pool table and had a great time!

We brought our four kids (teen to adult) and had a great stay at Jake's Hideaway. Lots of room for everyone and the dog. The cabin was clean and cozy. There are lots of activities in the area! Great place to get away for a few days and relax.

Perfect little getaway

We had a great time at jakes hideaway! It was an easy drive to get to and we seen lots of deer which my kids loved. It was close enough to town to be able to come back and forth during the day. Whenever we go up again we would definitely stay here again.

We chose this neighborhood for its peaceful mountain setting combined with resort-style amenities. Located within the gated Coosawattee River Resort, this 5,500+ acre community offers privacy, natural beauty, and plenty of recreation.

During your stay, you’ll have access to the Recreation Center, which features an indoor Junior Olympic–size pool, pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball, and mini-golf. Two outdoor pools are also available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The resort’s riverfront parks provide picnic areas and easy access to the river, perfect for relaxing, enjoying a meal outdoors, or spending the day playing in the water. Guests also enjoy seeing local wildlife throughout the community, including frequent deer and other native animals, with the occasional black bear passing through.
