We love gathering with family and friends, hosting, and creating memorable experiences, and we're excited to share that same charm with out get. Our home overlooks the serene marsh along the Ashley River, offering stunning views and the perfect backdrop to relax and unwind.

What made us choose this neighborhood? It's tucked away on a quiet-dead end street with just 12 homes. It's peaceful, friendly, and the neighbors are truly amazing.

What makes this property unique

This beautiful home is only four years old and offers a spacious, open floor plan designed for comfort and connection. The layout features three bedrooms on the top floor, including a master suite, as well as an additional master suite on the lower level-ideal for added space and flexibility. The main living area sits perfectly in between making it easy to gather and relax. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, allowing you to prepare meals while still enjoying time with family and friends, and the dining table includes two leaves for additional seating when needed. Step out onto the back porch to take in the stunning marsh views, whether you're grilling out or unwinding downstairs by the fire pit.
