Get ready for the ultimate in beach vacation comfort when you step into Serenity Shores PCB, a Tower II beauty on the 5th floor.

This deluxe two bedroom offers the most stunning of views from the floor to ceiling windows that stretch across the living, dining and kitchen areas. With seating galore, smart TV, plenty of dining seating (table for six plus bar seating), and a well-equipped, modern kitchen with all appliances large and small (including a full pot and single cup coffee maker, blender, toaster) plus all dishware and cookware, you can stay in to nosh as easily as you go out.

Serenity Shores PCB has sleeping for nine guests. The master bedroom has a king bed plus ceiling fan, clothing storage, smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity area and walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, ceiling fan, smart TV, clothing storage and direct access to the second bathroom with a tub/shower combo. We have a cute built-in bunk nook featuring twin over twin beds. And our sofa is a comfy sleeper.

For your convenience, we have a washer and dryer (full size) plus high speed fiber internet, and we also provide beach towels for your use so you can save some packing space.

The resort's minimum age to rent is 25 (firm). No pets, parties, or smoking allowed, Guest must sign a rental agreement and agree to a $300 damage hold placed on their credit card before the stay. Booking includes the resort's fee and two parking passes.

Welcome to Serenity Shores PCB! We are the Freeman family - Julie and Brad along with our daughters Meghan and Brooke. We are from Texas but come to the beach as often as possible. We have been fortunate enough to have lived in Hong Kong and Germany over the years and enjoyed traveling all over Asia and Europe. We love the mountains and the beach but decided to make the beach our first home away from home! We hope you find our beach home as relaxing and enjoyable as we do. Please make yourself at home and take time to listen to the waves wash over the sand and watch the sunset over the water. We loved the updated look of this condo including a floor plan with bunk beds in the hallway to allow for two additional guests. We liked Tower 2 at Edgewater since it sits directly on the beach with easy beach access with a perfect, unobstructed views of the Gulf.
