To make your check-in smooth and hassle-free, we ask all guests to complete guest verification and rental agreement before arrival:

- Guest Verification: Upload a government-issued photo ID, provide some basic details, and share your estimated arrival time—just like a hotel check-in.

- Rental Agreement: Our rental agreement ensures that everyone is on the same page about the house rules and guidelines. By signing, you’re confirming that you’ve read and understand these details, which helps us maintain a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests. When you log in, you’ll be able to choose one of the two damage waiver options.

Once these steps are complete, your door access code will be ready, and you’ll be all set to enjoy your stay!

Important Note: The pool is currently open and available for guest use. Please note that the pool is undergoing maintenance, and some paint is peeling in the pool. This will be repaired by the condo board. The water is regularly filtered and checked. Thank you for your understanding.

During periods of strong winds or heavy rain, electricity and water service may be temporarily affected and shut off. These situations are weather-related and outside of our control. This is uncommon but we wanted to keep you informed. Thank you for your understanding.

For guests traveling with children (5 years old above allowed): Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor of a low-rise building. The unit includes stairs leading up to the loft area. We kindly ask parents and guardians to be mindful and supervise children at all times.
