Pets must be house-trained, flea-free, and disclosed at the time of booking. Please keep pets off beds and furniture, clean up after them, and crate them when left alone in the suite. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used towels, sheets, linens in the laundry room. Dishwasher pods are under sink. Place all trash into the outside dumpster.
Turn all the lights /TV off and leave TV remote on the living room coffee table. Ensure that all personal streaming accounts are logged out.
Ensure all exterior windows and doors are closed and locked properly. Make sure that the balcony door is closed and locked. Report any damages/malfunctions to management.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This modern 2 bedroom suite is ideally located within a short walking distance of all stores and restaurants in downtown Hot Springs. It has 2 spacious bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, large closets, and many extras such as room darkening drapes, 3 separate zones for air conditioning comfort, plenty of towels and wash cloths, as well as a small porch to enjoy your coffee outdoors. Communication with the owner and his wife is exceptional. They are very kind and accommodating. A genuinely positive experience and comfortable stay!

We’re also pet lovers and have two dogs ourselves. Whenever possible, we love traveling with them, which is why we’re always happy to welcome guests traveling with their furry companions. We know pets are an important part of the family for many travelers!
