The property itself is new and modern and we enjoyed it a lot. It’s a little nuts that there aren’t any plastic cups when there is a pool. Geographically, the area is a tougher part of town, it seems, and in hindsight, the cost is probably a little high for the area in which you’re staying. The check in process seemed a little over the top. I had to submit a copy of the front and back of my drivers license and I’ve never been asked to do this before when leasing a property. Overall it was smooth. Few minor tweaks perhaps but overall we enjoyed it. I do not believe we would stay again at this price now that we’ve seen the area.
