Great place to stay. Close to Rumbling Bald with all the amenities included. The host was extremely responsive to any questions or issues we had.

The property was perfect for my wife and I and our dogs for a weekend getaway. The only misleading piece was the listing said ‘Stunning Mtn Views’ and there was a tiny sliver of mtn view from the back deck, least bit stunning. Otherwise, great spot to stay at to enjoy lake lure and rumbling bald amenities.

Hey, I hate to be a Debbie downer, but this place was nasty. There was food in the sink. The kitchen counters had crumbs everywhere. There were cup stains everywhere. The outdoor furniture was nasty. I caught my dog licking off the bottom of the toilet and looked ...it was crap that she was licking. The shower curtain had pick bacteria at the bottom which was disgusting. Plus the gate yo the front porch was broke and my dog got out. She almost got ran over and it took us over 30 minutes to catch her. Huge waste of time for the short time we were there. There were treats under the couch that I had to get out so my dog wouldn't go crazy. There were no instructions for the air conditioner. Then on top of all that the washer and dryer were broke. So I had to bring home all my wet towels and bathing suits. All this was a huge disappointment and took a lot of time for me to go behind and clean up after the housekeeper. This was definitely not worth the money!
