Welcome to our Tropical Funky Oasis—a vibrant, relaxed 3-bedroom, 2-bath home 10 minutes from the best of Savannah. This colorful, comfortable space is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, whether that means lounging indoors, enjoying the yard with your furry friends, or heading downtown for food, music, and history. The home features covered and uncovered outdoor space, comfy furnishings, and TVs in every bedroom. Kick back, soak up the funky tropical vibe, and make yourself at home.

The Space
This is an entire single-family home located in a quiet, diverse, residential Savannah neighborhood that reflects the city’s population and everyday local life. The surrounding area is home to local families and long-term residents. Guests have private access to the full house and all indoor living spaces and outdoor areas. The property offers a comfortable, lived-in home setting rather than a resort or gated environment.

Guest Access
Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, indoor living areas, and outdoor spaces. The property is not shared with anyone else during your stay. Guests also have access to the gated parking area behind the fence for convenient off-street parking.Entry is via keyless self check-in.

This dog friendly home is located in a quiet, diverse, residential Savannah neighborhood that reflects everyday local life rather than a tourist-only area.
Outdoor amenities such as the grill and fire pit are provided when available and may be affected by weather or prior guest use. The grill is propane. If the tank is empty, a spare is available in the laundry area—feel free to swap it out but let us know so we can refill the spare. The fire pit is available for guest use; firewood is not provided but is easy to purchase locally at the nearby Walmart or grocery stores.
No smoking is permitted inside the home.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Double check the sliding glass door to make sure its locked before leaving.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

If the grill runs out of propane, there is a spare in the laundry area. Please let me know if it runs out so I can replace the spare.

This is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of excess noise after 10 pm.

Wonderful spot to stay while exploring Savannah! We brought our two dogs and the fenced in backyard made life so much easier. Located very close to larger roadways which made getting to Tybee and downtown a breeze. We will definitely be back!!

We live here in Savannah and absolutely love it — the charm, the food scene, downtown exploring, and all the coastal fun nearby. Hosting gives us the chance to share our love for this city and help guests feel at home while discovering everything Savannah has to offer.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is quiet and residential, but super convenient to everything. We’re about a 10–15 minute drive to downtown Savannah, making it easy to enjoy all the charm, food, and history, without staying right in the busy tourist areas.

You’ll find a nearby Walmart for quick essentials, plus several great local, non-touristy restaurants close by. It’s also a fantastic location for sports travelers, with the Jennifer Ross Soccer Complex just minutes away.

What we love most is having the best of both worlds: a peaceful place to unwind, with easy access to everything Savannah has to offer.

What makes this property unique

We’ve put a lot of love into making this a comfortable, easy place to stay — from cozy beds with soft sheets to TVs in every bedroom and a hairdryer for stress-free mornings.

The covered back patio is a guest favorite and a perfect hangout spot for grilling, relaxing, and winding down after a day of exploring. And for those warm Savannah days, there’s even a portable fan in the laundry area you’re welcome to bring outside for extra breeze.
