This property was double booked so there were people in the property when we got there. The property owner then called to explain that this kind of thing has never happened and there was no resolution on my end. Never heard anything back for several days and then proceeded to call a Vrbo agent for a refund. That process took over 2 hours. My whole trip for my son’s wedding was ruined due to double booking and no one wanting to help us with anything. We kept getting the same story that this has never happened
