This was a great little house and very convenient location. It was so clean and with a baby along, we really appreciated that. All of the bedrooms are a good size and the master was so nice. We had to bring a dog at the last minute and the huge yard was perfect. I would definitely book this place again when staying in Tempe.

House is super cute and roomy especially backyard! It was Perfect for family who visit from out of state with family that live in Arizona! Location was good. Property was really nice. Will stay again and will recommend. Thank you 1020 S Lola st.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and comfortable and was in a convenient location to get everywhere we needed to go. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/cooking utensils, but there weren't any cooking staples (salt, pepper, oil, etc.), so that was one thing we would of liked to have. Other than that, everything we needed was provided. The host was really responsive and helpful. We would stay here again!

Property is nestled in an active neighborhood - but surprisingly quiet. The home is beautifully decorated and spacious for any vacation plans. Large kitchen, large back yard, and easy host. The beds are pretty comfortable, too! To make your stay more comfortable, double check what is available at the home before running to the store. You will want to pick up ice if that is a need. Hmart and Mekong are conveniently close for fresh produce and proteins! Super close to many restaurants and attractions as well.Overall I enjoyed my brief stay and think you would too!

This was an amazing stay, the home was beautiful very spacious extremely clean smelled really good. All utilities and appliances. Worked amazing. We almost didn’t have to bring any of our own things because everything was all included. And very affordable for such a high quality space.
