The living area features a cosy corner couch where you can relax, as well as a flat-screen TV with cable and a radio with a CD player. A fold-out bed is available for 2 people (2x90x200). From the living room, you can step out onto the beautiful, furnished south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the sun from noon until the evening hours. The open-concept kitchen is modern and fully equipped. It includes, among other things, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and all necessary kitchen utensils. In the bedroom, you’ll find a double bed measuring 2 x 90 x 200 cm and a spacious closet. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and hair dryer. Parking space No. 6 is located right next to the apartment building.
