Boardwalk Beauty: stunning 17th floor condo with private balcony & bunk room

Welcome to the Boardwalk Beauty on the 17th floor of the Boardwalk Resort, a popular resort for friends and family, alike. This highly-appointed two bedroom / two bathroom + bunk room offers all you need for a memorable getaway.

Our Boardwalk Beauty's spacious interior features comfy seating, a smart TV, well-equipped kitchen, and a stunning view of the Gulf from our sliding patio doors. Step onto the private balcony and enjoy available seating to enjoy a cup of coffee, snack, or simply take in the sight of dolphins swimming nearby.

The Boardwalk Beauty sleeps six in two bedrooms + bunk room: the master overlooks the Gulf and offers access to the balcony. It has a king bed, smart TV, clothing storage, and an ensuite bathroom with separate walk-in shower, huge soaker tub, and double vanity. In the second bedroom, you'll find a queen bed, smart TV, clothing storage, and access to the second bathroom that features a tub/shower combo. And our separate bunk room has a twin bed with trundle pull out plus a rollaway bed to round out sleeping for seven.

For your convenience and comfort, you'll find ceiling fans throughout, a full sized washer/dryer, and complimentary WIFI to stay connected.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking, pets, or parties allowed. Parking passes are $50 each (limit of 2) and wristbands are $6 each and must be purchased by the guest directly from the resort before arrival (a link will be provided just before your stay).

Off the Resort, Panama City Beach is a traveler's dream with so many activities and amazing restaurants, you'll be planning your return before you even leave. Check out Pier Park--a unique open-air shopping and dining complex with Margaritaville, a huge Sky-Wheel and many more restaurants and shops. Shell Island and St Andrews State Park are some of the most picturesque beaches and calm waters you'll find in the US. Spend a day at the Park or rent a pontoon to see both from the water. Boating and dolphin tours are abundant--be sure to check out the Sea Screamer. And there are a multitude of putt-putt and go-kart locations as well as attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonderworks.
