We could not see the ocean from the room. We had to go up to the roof for that. The air conditioning was spotty as two units needed repair. The rooms were generally clean but the kitchen had a filthy overhead stove range, and the oven broilers were completely filthy and unusable. We were supplied incorrect information regarding WIFI password and service was spotty when it did work. One TV did not work. There was a constant strong stench coming from the drains in the bathrooms. There were kitchen basics missing such as a cutting board, a kettle. There was a flimsy drying rack. We were there for 10 days with no offer to wash or change sheets and towels. There was no wash machine, so, we had no way to wash these ourselves. They supplied 4 rolls total of toilet paper supplied, for 3 bathrooms, for 2 guests, for 12 day stay.

We understand how disappointing it must have been to experience issues with the air conditioning, WiFi connection, TV, and the odor coming from the bathroom drains. We also apologize for the condition of some kitchen items and for the missing essentials you mentioned. Your comments regarding housekeeping service, towel and linen changes, and the limited supply of toiletries are especially important to us, and we understand your frustration during a longer stay. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as they help us identify areas that require immediate improvement. Our maintenance and housekeeping teams have been informed so these issues can be properly addressed and reviewed with future guests in mind.
