We boast open plan living downstairs with plush furnishing, a feature wall with large TV, dining seating for six and a stacked kitchen full of everything you are going to need!

Downstairs you will find the first ensuite and our laundry and games room too!

Our stunning pool is there for you to slip into after another great park day! With soft furnishing outside, good quality loungers and a wonderful spa, all West Facing so you can experience the sun most of the day until sunset!

Living
We feature open plan living and from this area, you have direct access to our lovely west facing pool deck.

There's a large streaming TV to enjoy set within our feature wall, comfortable seating a plenty for you and your family.

Kitchen
We have everything you need to make a great dinner and those all important cocktails when you need to relax!

There's a microwave, range, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, coffee makers, kettle, toaster and all the iron, table and silverware that you are going to need during your stay, you'll need for nothing!!

Situated in our open plan, you will our dining table, there is room for six of you with ease around our table and a couple of barstools too if required!

Bedrooms
4 bedrooms, sleeps 8.

1 - Downstairs you will find the Potter suite, with stunning wood floor, direct access to the pool deck, a queen bed, plenty of storage and ensuite facilities, for your viewing pleasure, we feature a large, wall hung streaming TV.

2 - Upstairs Master Ensuite - This stylish room features a queen bed and plenty of storage with a view over the pool and spa, again this room features a large streaming TV

3 - Upstairs - Our Minnie suite - featuring two single beds, a streaming TV and plenty of storage

4 - Upstairs - Our Mickey suite - featuring two single beds, a streaming TV and lots of closet space for everyone's belongings!

Bathrooms
4 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.

We feature a bathroom and half bathroom downstairs, with two on the upper level.

The half bathroom features a basin and WC.

The master ensuite features a walk in shower and double vanities, all towels and linens are provided.

Upstairs, the second ensuite features a corner bath, vanity and walk in shower, it's a great area!

The shared bathroom features a tub / shower combo and vanity.

All bathrooms are equipped with towels and an hairdryer.

Games Room
We have converted the garage in to a games area just for you! So after a heavy day at the parks, come and enjoy a game or air hockey or foosball at our tables!

Pool
Our West Facing Pool has many wow factors!

We feature a large pool which can be heated during the cooler months by our gas heater for $35 per day, the pool features an adjoining spa.

This is a lovely private area, surrounded from the adjoining homes by walls and large hedging at the rear.

Under the lanai, you will find some stunning, oversized comfortable seating and you will simply melt in to our big loungers with comfortable cushions! There is a large ceiling fan to cool you down and if it all gets a bit hot, we also have a large umbrella to provide you with some shade!

Our pool is protected from the house by a large pool fence that has a couple of access gates, this will be erected and in place prior to your arrival.

Pool Heating is recommended November - April, Heat is provided through a gas heater and costs $35 per night inclusive of tax.

The pool pump is scheduled to operate for 12 hrs during your summer stay and reduces to 8 hours over the winter months. If you have paid for pool heat, the pool pump will run for 12 hours to provide heat, endeavouring to heat to 88 in the main pool and 104 on demand in the spa.



Outside
We are situated in the very heart of Tuscan Hills, nestled between our sister properties of Villa Serenita and Shady Palms on a Tuscan themed courtyard.

Garage
Our garage has been converted in to the games room, we do have external parking on the paved area directly outside our home, it is big enough for a maximum of two smaller to medium SUV, these cars must be able to occupy the spaces, so if you are not sure, please enquire at the time of booking.

Internet
High speed internet is offered through Xfinitiy and this is free throughout your stay here.

We can provide pack and play cots, highchairs and strollers, please confirm with us at the time of booking.

Facilities
This property is self-service—meaning except for your initial supplies, the guest will need to provide their own additional toiletries as needed, such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc.

Upon arrival, this property will have the advertised supply of Toilet paper, trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. We will leave some additional items in the home for you to use.

Any further items beyond this will need to be purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
