Hummingbird Haven- 3BR Home | Close to Beach
This great contemporary home offers a bright and cheerful open floor plan and an excellent location—nestled among the pine trees and close to the beach. A large, screened porch and inviting outdoor spaces make it perfect for relaxing after a day of island adventures.
The living room features a cathedral ceiling and a seasonal woodstove, opening seamlessly to the fully equipped kitchen with peninsula island and a cozy dining area. Enjoy morning coffee on the rear deck and quiet evenings in the spacious screened porch.
The main bedroom includes a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and the third bedroom features a bunk bed and a desk. A full hallway bath serves all three rooms. The laundry room and a convenient half bath are located just outside the kitchen entrance. A fully enclosed outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after the beach.
For added fun and convenience, the home includes two adult bikes, a bike trailer, and beach supplies for two people. A community kayak launch is located nearby.
