Went to check in, and the code would not work. Come to find out, housekeeping deadbolted the door. It also had a heavy weed smell that lingered the whole weekend. Otherwise was a fabulous place to stay, and we all enjoyed it immensely

Check in was horrible, we could not access the home with the code given to us. The host did not answer, I had to reach out to customer service for them to get in touch with the host and he finally answered and came and open the door I had to wait roughly 30 minutes. Both bathroom showers were dirty there was hair on the walls and in the tub. The house was decent and located in a great area. The host just need to hire better house keeping.

So we have addressed all of these issues that were mentioned. Our cleaning crew was notified. The cleaning crew did lock the inside lock while they were cleaning but failed to unlock it when they left and that's why this guest had a difficulty. We apologize and make sure we correct the matter. Thank you for the review
