The tastefully furnished, approximately 50 m² 2½-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained two-family home. Here, in a sunny and quiet location with a panoramic view, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the lake and the opposite shore from all rooms as well as from the outdoor areas. The icing on the cake, however, is the free use of the entire outdoor area of the landlord’s hotel, located about 300 m below the apartment. It’s just as easy to reach on foot as the hotel’s own enoteca. The hotel’s lovingly maintained garden, with its variety of plants, is the perfect place to escape the daily grind while enjoying a fantastic view of the lake and indulge in “dolce far niente.” Swimming, reading, sunbathing, enjoying good food, and stocking up on a bottle of your favourite wine for a cosy evening for two—what more could you want!
