Eine sehr gut gelegene und schöne Wohnung, in der es sich prima urlauben lässt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Balkon ab mittags herrlich sonnig und man hört das Meer rauschen. Nur die doch recht steilen Treppen verlangen beim Gepäck transportieren einiges ab.

Die Wohnung ist sauber aber renovierungsbedürftig. Die Heizunganlage ist sehr betagt und laut, die Heizkörper lassen sich nur schlecht regulieren. Die Fenster sind alt und zugig, das Dach nur unzureichend isoliert. Dadurch kühlt die Wohnung schnell aus. Die Matratzen und Kissen müssen dringend erneuert werden! Insgesamt entspricht der Zustand des Hauses nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Nachts hört man wunderbar die Wellen rauschen. Die den an Wenningstedt angrenzenden Flughafen anfliegenden Flugzeuge haben nicht gestört. Auf dem Balkon hat man von morgens bis abends Sonne. Mit 2 Personen kann man dort sitzen und durch das an der Brüstung angebrachte Tischchen auch essen.

Die Wohnung ist toll, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der gelbe Tisch und die gelben Stühle machen, jeden morgen trotz Nebelwetter, gute Laune. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön hell, es gibt viele Lichtquellen, Stehlampen und Spots an der Decke, toll. Für uns als Malerinnen war es schön zu sehen, dass es einige Originalgemälde an den Wänden gab. In der Küche hat nichts gefehlt auch das Wäschepacket (Handtücher etc.) war ausreichend. Das Bad mit hochwertigen Armaturen ausgestattet und auch mit genügend Ablageflächen. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir kommen auch sehr gerne wieder. Viele Grüße nach Sylt von Silvia mit Tochter Lisa und Freund Jurek
