Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing trip. The house as always was perfect; the only thing I have to say is that the master suite tv controls were super hard to get to work but other than that everything was perfect and comfortable. We got to see the bears which is always our favorite thing to do.

We were locked put the house the first evening due to broken doorknob. It was not resolved in a timely manner. One of the beds was very uncomfortable and slanted to one side. Also, it was a little further from town than we anticipated.

We are in the mountains and had two bear visits. Only drawback - after seeing the bears so close to the house we decided not to use the hot tub that was located on the ground floor with no enclosure. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The place was beautiful and very clean HOWEVER .. the hot tub and Theater room were not working. They did give us a partial refund for the inconvenience with no hassle and we're very friendly. I will book with them again in the future.
