By night, it's a private planetarium overhead and a game-filled house below.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Booking Requirements
A signed rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation.
Minimum age to rent is 25. The primary guest must be 25 or older and present for the duration of the stay.
Heated Saltwater Pool
The saltwater pool can be heated to 90 degrees for your stay — heating must be arranged before arrival. It is $100/night and, if selected, must remain on for the full duration of your booking. Please message us in advance to add heating.
Getting to the Dock
The private dock sits below the house and is reached by roughly 150 steps / several flights of stairs. This can be challenging for young children, older guests, or anyone with mobility concerns. For easy water access, the Hill Wheatley boat ramp is just 3.5 miles away.
Fall–Spring: Our dock is in a deep-water area, so it's usable year-round despite the seasonal lake drawdown (Nov 1 – Mar 15). The stairs can ice over in cold weather — on those days we recommend enjoying the view from the deck rather than heading down.
Parking Plenty of room for the whole group — a large circular driveway comfortably fits up to 8 cars, and boat trailers are welcome too.
Nature & Wildlife
Hamilton Skies sits in a beautiful wooded, lakefront setting, which means wildlife is part of the experience. Guests may encounter birds, deer, squirrels, foxes, coyotes, snakes, insects, spiders, and other native creatures on or around the property, both outdoors and occasionally indoors. We treat and maintain the property regularly, but the surrounding nature is wild and beyond our control. By booking, guests acknowledge this is a natural lakeside environment and accept it as part of the stay.
Good to know
Designed to sleep up to 16 across the main house and guest house.

My family of 12 enjoyed all the amenities, space and view of this beautiful property while we celebrated my father's 90th birthday. Communication and check-in process were so easy. The kitchen and baths were filled with top notch cookware and linens. The coffee bar was a huge hit! Thanks again for allowing us to make special family memories.
This property is nothing short of perfect. Thoughtful touches are everywhere- including full size name brand shampoo, body wash, plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, laundry soap. The bedding is luxuriant. The house is uncluttered and spotless. The management answers any questions in just minutes. There is plenty of room for a large family to all come together and have their own spaces for rest and retreat. We won't hesitate to book again! Thank you for sharing your home with us.
The property was as advertised. We had 3 couples and a family of 3 (8 adults and a 13 year old). There was plenty of room for each family to spread out. The property was well equipped with plenty of dishes and silverware, coffee bar, dishwasher and washer and dryer. The property was clean and the view was amazing especially for sunsets. The property was close to stores and restaurants. We didn't get to use the pool since it was later in the year, but it was a very nice set up and gave the right amount of privacy. The 13 year old enjoyed the air hockey, paddle boards and kayaks. The host was also very attentive, checking in regularly throughout the stay.

About the host
Hosted by Katherine Chill
We're a family based in Texas with family in St. Louis, so Lake Hamilton became our perfect "meet in the middle" — close enough that both sides can gather without anyone having to travel too far. We grew up enjoying boating with family, and some of our best memories were made on the water. When we found this place on the lake, we knew we wanted to share that same experience with our own kids and with guests like you. Hosting lets us pass along the easy, unplugged joy of lake days, and we love hearing about the memories families make here.
Why they chose this property
We fell for this quiet, wooded stretch of Lake Hamilton because it offers the best of both worlds: you feel completely secluded and at peace on the water, yet downtown Hot Springs, groceries, and restaurants are all about 10 minutes away. The setting is unhurried and private — sunsets that turn the whole sky pink, dark skies full of stars at night, and a true birdwatcher's paradise with eagles, osprey, woodpeckers, and wrens. With a deep-water dock you can swim, fish, kayak, and paddle board right from the property. It's the kind of spot where you feel away from it all without giving up convenience.
What makes this property unique
This is a true lakefront retreat built for gathering. A heated saltwater pool, hot tub, and sauna sit above sweeping lake and sunset views, and a private dock comes stocked with kayaks, paddle boards, and life jackets in every size from kids to adults. Inside and out, there's something for every age — an arcade and game room, karaoke, poker, foosball, an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, and lawn games galore. We've thought through the details that make a stay easy: a full coffee bar, real kitchen gear, comfortable beds with premium linens, and supplies stocked throughout. Bedrooms are spread across the home rather than clustered together, so everyone gets privacy and separation, and the wooded acreage means no crowding from neighbors. Whether your group wants a slow, screen-free reset or a non-stop activity weekend, there's room to spread out and still come together around the fire.
