Just stayed here and it was amazing. The lodge looked brand new and was very clean. Hot tub was great after spending time on the sledding hill and hiking the property. Appreciated the texts and follow-up from the host during our stay. Will definitely be back!

4/5 StarsOverall, this is a very nice home, and we enjoyed our stay. The property was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. I would absolutely recommend it to others.A few things kept it from being a 5-star experience. The layout is a bit unusual for larger groups. While there are three bathrooms, one is inside a master bedroom, so our group of 10 adults was effectively sharing two bathrooms. The large recreation room (converted garage) was great gathering space but has no sink or running water. The kitchen is massive, but surprisingly lacks prep space for cooking meals for a large group. Also, the kitchen is up about 16 stairs, which could be a challenge for older guests.Cell service is essentially nonexistent, making the Starlink internet invaluable. However, Wi-Fi coverage was inconsistent in some areas of the house and property.Finally, the host mentioned bears in the area, but the garbage cans were not bear-resistant and were not emptied during our stay. With 12 adults, we had to store some trash inside to avoid attracting wildlife.Plan on bringing paper towels, toilet paper, simple spices for cooking, trash bags. The host provided minimal items and the only spices were salt and pepper. There were ample plates and cups etc.Despite these issues, this is a solid rental that was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. With a few improvements, it could easily earn 5 stars.
