This spacious beachfront penthouse features 3 PRIVATE KING MASTER SUITES, all with updated ensuite bathrooms -- it s perfect for 3+ couples - and even has twin bunks for 2 children too. You ll appreciate the attention to detail throughout this home...not to mention the amazing views from nearly every room!
An ideal condo for 1-2 families with children- we sleep up to 10 people.
Step into the spacious living/dining area and you ll be swept away by the ocean view. Floor-to-ceiling windows make the view the centerpiece of the room - you ll want to sink into the beautiful furniture, relax and enjoy your well-deserved beach getaway! Offering plenty of seating, this space also boasts a large Smart TV. The dining table can seat up to 8 and there s a fully equipped wet bar with ice maker and wine cooler to complete the perfect entertaining area.

Max occupancy of 10 guests is based on a combination of adults (ages 16+) and children; it s most comfortable with up to 6-8 adults and 2 children (in bunks.)
The kitchen is open to this area -- so you can cook, enjoy your guests AND the view at the same time. There are 3 comfortable bar stools, so you can enjoy breakfast, snacks, beverages or just good conversation with the cook! This well-equipped kitchen features a Sub-zero refrigerator, wall oven (convection/conventional), microwave, warming drawer and plenty of counter space. You ll find all the necessities such as a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, icemaker, blender, ample plates, glasses and kitchen utensils. You ll also find two coffee makers - BOTH a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig. For your convenience, we supply many such as cleaning products, trash bags, aluminum foil, and plastic wrap.

1st King Master Suite
This is a huge bedroom with a private beachfront balcony and separate living area! You ll sleep well on the comfortable king bed and wake up to the ocean view. You could also curl up on the sofa with a good book or watch a movie on the large Smart TV. This is a queen sleeper sofa - so up to four guests could comfortably sleep in this extra-large room.
The black-out draperies are a welcome addition - perfect if you d like to sleep in late on vacation - or catch a quick nap between activities. Additional features include 2 bedside tables with lamps, a dresser, and a convenient desk with a chair. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy the ocean view and breeze! This suite is on the opposite side of the home from the other bedrooms for a truly private retreat.

This is truly a luxury Master bathroom! In addition to the walk-in closet and abundance of space, you ll be spoiled by the gorgeous free-standing tub, double vanity, new walk-in shower and private toilet room.

2nd King Master Suite
Also with a beachfront balcony, this beautiful space welcomes you with a comfortable king bed - and an unforgettable ocean view! A Smart TV is here when you want to enjoy a movie or catch up on your favorite shows. Two bedside tables with lamps and a large dresser provide plenty of space for you to unpack and make yourself at home. You ll appreciate the beachfront sunshine most of the time - but this room features black-out draperies for when you re ready to sleep or watch TV.

2nd King Master Ensuite Bathroom
This private, luxury bathroom has just been recently remodeled and includes a double vanity, toilet and spacious walk-in shower. You ll also appreciate the big closet here.

3rd King Master Suite
Great for a 3rd couple - or a family with two children - this suite features a King bed and a set of twin bunks. The space offers great storage with a dresser and two bedside tables with lamps. A Smart TV makes it a great spot for you, or your children to settle in to watch favorite shows.

3rd King Master Ensuite Bathroom
This suite also includes a beautiful, remodeled bathroom with a double vanity, toilet and spacious walk-in shower. A large closet in here is great for your hang-up clothing and storing your suitcases.

Every room has been thoughtfully designed to be comfortable and functional, as well as beautiful. This home offers plenty of space to relax and make yourself at home. We keep this home clean and well updated and pay attention to amenities that you expect, such as high-speed internet (FREE WIFI), nice flat-screen Smart TVs, high definition cable, big, fluffy bath towels and hair dryers in each bathroom, and more. We also provide items our smaller guests may need like a high chair and pack-n-play.

For your convenience, there s also a full-size washer and dryer in this home.

Emerald Towers is a gated beachfront condo community offering resort-style amenities including tennis courts, a Gulf-front fitness center, sauna, and a beautiful lagoon-shaped swimming pool that is heated during cooler months. Guests can also enjoy on-site grills and beach bar counters, all just steps from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters.

Primary renter must be 25+ years old and stay on-site.

Rinse off sand before entering.

Trash: Take out before checkout.
Dishes: Please run the dishwasher before leaving.
Parking passes required at all times.
