Corner penthouse with 70m2 terraces, aircon, wifi, SAT TV, 50m from the beach

This small complex with 56 privately-owned apartments is just 50 m from the sandy beaches. It has two large swimming pools, a separate children’s pool, and outdoor toilets and showers. Each apartment has its own parking space.

The complex is fully secured with remote-controlled gates. We rent out a 2-bedroom penthouse apartment with sea views and 70 m² of terraces (split over two levels), as well as a 3-bedroom ground-floor apartment with a fenced garden. Both apartments are on the same corner.

All amenities are within walking distance: bars, a mini market, restaurants, and an ice cream shop. Very suitable for children and/or two families traveling together who want their own space.

The penthouse is on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator.

Mycket trevlig lägenhet med stora uteplatser i två plan. Sol hela dagen och även möjlighet till skugga om så önskas. Mycket trevlig utsikt både mot havet men även mot Denia och bergen. Två sovrum med bra sängar. Luftkonditionering i varje rum. Smidig parkering direkt utanför huset. Tryggt område med grindar. Fint och välskött poolområde. Fullt utrustat kök. Vi trivdes mycket bra under veckan vi var där. Nära till havet och fina stränder och även till några restauranger, så man behöver inte ta sej in till Denia centrum nödvändigtvis.

Tolle Gegend zum radeln

Von der Location ist das Hinterland mit tollen Strecken für Rennradtouren gut zu erreichen.Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Ein kleiner Supermarkt für die Basics ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, größer Einkäufe haben wir mit dem Auto erledigt.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
