Spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhouse in the heart of Wildwood, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. Located just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach, this multi-level home offers the space and layout families appreciate for a relaxed summer stay.

The main living level features an open kitchen, dining, and living area with a full-size gas range, quality cookware, and a separate bar counter for gathering. Three private balconies provide additional outdoor space.

Sleeping arrangements include a king primary suite with en-suite bath, a queen bedroom, 2 bunk rooms with trundles, and a daybed with trundle. The day-bed with trundle is setup in an open space adjacent to the queen bedroom on First Floor and meant to accommodate children. Central air, in-unit laundry, strong WiFi, and smart TVs throughout make extended stays comfortable and convenient.

The property is part of a well-maintained community with access to two pools, a children’s water park, lounge areas, and grill stations. Garage and driveway parking are included.

During peak summer season, stays are typically weekly.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please retract the sun awning on deck, and bring in all outdoor cushions - pack these neatly behind sofa.
Leave all bedding on their original beds (do not strip linen off bedding) so that all items can be accounted for by the cleaning crew. All towels can be left in laundry - please start a load.
Load and start dishwasher; all other pots, pans, appliances should be cleaned and returned to cupboards where they were found
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Well-behaved small dogs allowed. Please disclose details at booking. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or additional cleaning.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with property guidelines.
No large gatherings or events allowed; no additional overnight guests other than those booked for. No sleeping on sofa.

Our accommodations exceeded our expectations! The house was pristine and beautifully decorated! It had every amenity you could ask for. The kitchen and living area were spacious and comfortably accommodated our family. The bedrooms were very comfortable and provided plenty of storage. We especially enjoyed the decks and pool and had a great view of the fireworks display fromthe boardwalk. We were within walking distance to restaurants, beaches and parks! Our host, Ryan was very attentive and made our stay very pleasurable! Thank you Ryan!

We absolutely loved our stay and are honored to be the first reviewers of this beautiful property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated (we love the fish painting in the entryway) — every detail felt thoughtful, elevated, and welcoming.The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with pristine utensils, dinnerware, pots, pans, and every appliance you could possibly need. It truly felt like a luxury home rather than a typical rental. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Plenty of space for kids and adults. We also really appreciated that the home came fully stocked with linens, which is such a rare and wonderful convenience for a shore rental.The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the beach — and the heated pool was absolutely lovely. There are four gills with tables and chairs under a covered roof with a TV so we could watch sports while grilling. After seeing the other units in the complex, we can confidently say this is the best one there.Ryan was extremely responsive, kind, and accommodating throughout our stay, and the thoughtful welcome bottle of bubbles was such a nice touch.You will not be disappointed booking this property. My friends and family have been spending Memorial Day at the Jersey Shore for the last 15 years and this is our favorite property, we would return in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay here! The home is beautiful, super clean, and has everything you need. The pool area is so nice and was perfect on days that we didn’t feel like going to the beach. The two decks on the main level were so nice to sit and relax on in the mornings. The owner is very friendly and super responsive if you need anything. We would definitely stay here again!

What we enjoy most is how effortless everything feels here. You can spend the day by the ocean, explore the area, and still come back to a space that feels calm and comfortable.

The home was originally built with a great foundation, and as an architect, I was able to have a strong hand in refining the design and layout. My wife led the lighting design throughout, so together we shaped the space to feel both functional and comfortable. It’s really a blend of thoughtful adjustments and intentional details that we genuinely enjoy, and we think guests will notice the difference.
