Inside, you'll find it warm, inviting and thoroughly designed for comfort and style. The main bath has dual sinks and an incredible walk-in shower! The bright and open living area has a great "beach" feel. It is equipped with all the amenities you could wish for. HD, Flat Screen TVs, high speed Wi-Fi and in unit laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped. You'll find both Mr. Coffee and Keurig machines, along with an array of pots, pans and cutlery. We also have thoughtful touches like an iron, ironing board and hair dryers, to help during your visit.

Relax on your private lanai. As the sun rises, enjoy your morning coffee, view the ocean and look for dolphins or just listen to the waves. In the early evening unwind as the sun sets over the Gulf. This is truly a peaceful place. Ideal for families, couples, or anyone seeking the serenity of the beach, ocean and sun.

Enjoy two pools with poolside grill areas. Fitness enthusiasts will enjoy a clean work out center with ocean views. There are separate pickleball and tennis courts, and we provide paddles, racquets and balls for our guests. Our condo comes fully equipped with beach chairs, beach wagon and different size coolers. On the beach, you can enjoy walks where you will find great shelling and plenty of exciting water activities (for a fee) like parasailing, jet skiing and kayaking...just a short stroll down the beach.

You're also within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, from casual family favorites to upscale dining experiences. Great shopping from t-shirt shops to boutiques and of course, a great ice cream shop!
