The beautiful 53 m² "Ostseetraum" holiday apartment is located right on the beach in Pelzerhaken and can accommodate up to four people.
You’ll love the bright, open-concept living/dining area with a cosy couch (which can serve as an extra sleeping spot if needed), the fully equipped kitchenette, the modern bathroom with a shower, and the bedroom with a double bed at a comfortable height!

From the spacious, furnished southeast-facing balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent side view of the sea and the pier. The apartment also features a second west-facing balcony with two folding lounge chairs for sunny afternoons.

Park your car in the apartment’s private underground parking space, No. 10. Through the door leading to the underground garage entrance, you can take the lift or the stairs to the 1st floor. A shared bicycle storage room is also available.

Villa Meeresrauschen features a lockable bike storage room in the basement that’s available for shared use.

Your car has a permanently reserved parking space on the property during your stay. The car park is equipped with a gate that can be opened at the push of a button or with your apartment key (for entering and exiting).

The clearance height for the underground garage is 2.00 m!
