Just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, Luxury Apartment 1.04 is located on the ground floor of the "White Pearl" and accommodates 2 people in 62 m²—your dog is welcome, too!

You’ll find a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area in the living room. There’s also a modern bathroom with a shower. The open-concept living and dining area is complemented by a sofa and an armchair. The separate bedroom, featuring a double box-spring bed, is separated by sliding slatted doors.

Highlights of the apartment include a private sauna (2.37 m × 1.19 m) and a furnished balcony with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air! The apartment comes with an underground parking space.


Complex:

The White Pearl has been open since July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been in existence since 1994. In 2018–2019, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.

The result is a first-class holiday property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square metres, spread across a basement with underground parking, the ground floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground car park is accessed via the street "An der Waldkapelle"; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical socket. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via "Strandallee."

Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the ground floor.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes; their sleeping areas are located in the lower level with access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be accessible. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

Lübeck (20 km away) and Hamburg (85 km away) are easily accessible by train or car.
