About this property

Dear guests,
our house is in a quiet region with plenty of free space with a green garden and park where children can play. The apartment is large (72m2) for 4 people, (but it can still sleep one person in the living room with additional payment 15. 00 euros). There are two slack rooms, dining room, living room with TV satellite and air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom, terrace and balcony. In the garden there is a large open terrace with a grill. We, the owners, deal with art, especially music. During the months of March and April there is an additional price for heating of 5.00 euros per day. With pleasure I give the information that we have finished renovating our house and exactly our apartments. We hope that our guests will be even more satisfied with the accommodation in the holiday home "JENNY" Porec. TV satellite, WI-FI is free!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Lage der Fewo ist sehr gut, nicht direkt am Strand aber alles gut und schnell zu erreichen, Der sehr schöne in 2,5 km entfernte Strand ist sehr leicht zu finden. Auch die Altstadt von Porec und die div. SupermĂ€rkte sind nicht weit.. Die Fewo die wir bewohnten war neu renoviert, und nett eingerichtet.. Die Vermieterin und Ihr Mann waren sehr nett, und jederzeit fĂŒr uns da. Sie sprechen viele Sprachen, und waren sehr hilfreich bei der Ausflugsplanung..Der Garten um das gesamte GrundstĂŒck ist sehr gepflegt, und alles macht einen sauberen und guten Eindruck.Vermisst habe ich im Garten eine Sonnenliege fĂŒr die GĂ€ste, den unter dem schönen Olivenbaum direkt vor der sehr schönen Terasse wĂ€re ein schöner Platz um zu relaxen, Besonders urig ist der Grillplatz, den man im Schatten der Kiwiranken toll nutzen kann. Das Preis- LeistungverhĂ€ltnis ist gut. Wir kommen wieder.Danke fĂŒr die hervorragende Gastfreunlichkeit.Peter und Conny

"Appartement situĂ© dans une villa Ă  2 km du centre de Porec. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueilli par la maitresse de maison qui s''est dĂ©placĂ©e pour nous guider jusqu''Ă  la villa. L''appartement est spacieux, trĂšs propre et conforme Ă  l''Ă©quipement annoncĂ©. Cependant, il n''y a pas de freezer ou de congĂ©lateur dans l''appartement ce qui peut ĂȘtre gĂ©nant pour un couple avec enfants (glaces) ou simplement glaçons pour l''apĂ©ro. Ce problĂšme devrait ĂȘtre rĂ©solu pour 2011. Assez facile d''accĂšs, la voiture peut rester stationnĂ©e devant la villa sans crainte. Je tiens Ă  souligner encore une fois l''extrĂȘme gentillesse des propriĂ©taires qui font tout pour nous faciliter la vie et nous rendre le sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able."
