Pros: new construction. Very modern. Beautiful view. Not enough towels provided at the beginning but owner solved the issue quickly. Cons: one of the beds and comforter had a very bad underarm smell. We had to put towels and sleep over the towels because we could not stand the smell. Notified the owner but no reply. The room only has a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Parking is on a dirt lot. No covered parking since it’s still under construction. The pool doesn’t open until 10am. No umbrellas around the pool. The building is very close to town. While some people may like the location, the beach is packed with locals, vendors, and music. We prefer to stay at a location farther away from town.

Some of our most cherished memories of our children growing up have occurred in Rocky Point. We first stumbled upon this incredible place over 20 years ago. My parents were going to build a house on a lot they had just purchased. We went to rescue them from making a mistake in Mexico and ended up falling in love with Rocky Point. 8 properties later we've made it our quest to share what we have discovered with others. ​

We are not a large corporation to which you are just a number, we endeavor to help each of our guests have an unforgettable experience, a reason to come back again and again. The locations where we have built/chosen our properties are world-class. Warm beaches, courteous staff, top notch security, and guaranteed sunsets that will make you fall in love too!

We promise to provide you with all the creature comforts you are used to and enjoy a magnificent place.
