Family holiday

A lovely pleasant stay.The villa is about a 15 min walk from shops and lovely restaurants. Fabulous location with an amazing clean beach about 25 min walk. The villa is clean and held my family of 11 really well. There is a bunk bed room in the circular room. All rooms are on one floor. pool was clean and tidy. Only one set of bed covers /sheets available and pillows were very flat.10 sun beds and open access to canal where boats pass.Which we enjoyed. I don’t recommend for young children.

Viel zu überteuert

Das Haus war sehr schlecht ausgestattet, vorallem für den Preis. Kaputte Stühle, einfache unbequeme Liegen,elektrisches Tor war kaputt. Das Haus war dem Preis nicht angemessen. Auch die Küche war schlecht ausgestattet und das Geschirr zusammen gewürfelt. Nicht der Standart der den wir sonst aus den Ferienhäusern in Empuriabrava kennen.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Es tut uns leid, dass die Ausstattung nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Das defekte Mobiliar wurde inzwischen vollständig ersetzt. Zum elektrischen Tor möchten wir klarstellen: Es handelt sich um ein manuell betriebenes Schiebetor mit Schlüssel – es war nicht defekt.

huis was niet schoongemaakt zat schimmel in badkamers stoel kapot 2 x airco die lekte overal lege blikjes in de tuin alsmede peukenrolluik wat afgebroken is

Since this review, all points have been addressed: the house has been cleaned, mold removed from the bathrooms, the chair and cigarette shutter repaired, the air conditioning leaks fixed, and the garden cleared of empty cans.

Thermostat von kühlschrank defekt, dampfabzug hat nicht funktioniert, überall weisse Hundehaare im Raum, hundekot im Garten, zigaretten kippen im pflanzenbereich, Geschirr dreckig, aussendusche nicht brauchbar, Grill nicht brauchbar, schade das man so eine Unterkunft den nächsten hinterlässt, wir haben zuerst gereinigt bevor wir unsere Unterkunft geniessen konnten. Zum reklamieren war mir die Zeit zu schade, trotzdem war es eine schöne Zeit.

Schönes Haus am Kanal

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Villa am Kanal. Die Lage ist super. Es war alles vorhanden, was nötig ist. Dank der überdeckten Terrasse konnten wir auch an bedeckten Tagen draußen essen. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.

Alles soweit in Ordnung Die Lichtschalter sind chaotisch verlegt,die Terrassentür ließ sich nicht mehr schließen, schöner Pool mit leichten Mängel. Ein zusätzlicher Kühlschrank währe sehr praktisch.

Diverse Einrichtungen waren nicht funktionsfähig (z.B. Automatik-Tor, Fliegengitter). Der Garten war in sehr ungepflegtem Zustand, das Haus war nicht für die bevorstehende Saison vorbereitet. Die Ausstattung an Küchenutensilien war unzureichend, insbesondere für kleinere Gruppen (nur 10-Mann-Kessel).

Für größere Gruppen optimal geeignet, gut ausgestattet, von allem ist reichlich für alle vorhanden. Es empfiehlt sich allerdings, eigene Bettwäsche mitzunehmen. Schöne Terasse, auf der man auch bei schlechtem Wetter an langer Tafel gemeinsam sitzen-essen-spielen kann. Der Pool wurde zweimal in der Woche gereinigt.

Je moet naar het kantoor waar je de sleutel overhandigd krijgt en zoek het daarna maar zelf uit. Er wordt niets uitgelegd en er is geen informatie waar alles te vinden is en wat er allemaal in het huis hoort te zijn. De foto's van het huis zijn van 10 jaar geleden dus is het een beetje vergane glorie. Het was er vies en veel was er kapot en dat was niet van afgelopen maanden.
