The space
Located in Tucson’s historic Armory Park, you’re a five minute walk to some of Tucson’s best restaurants (Five Points, Forbes, Ugly But Honest Pizzeria, Cafe Desta) and minutes from downtown, Barrio Viejo, University of Arizona, Tucson Convention Center and Gem Show.

Casa Rosa is fully private, with its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, living space, and enclosed patio.

The home has its own private entry with smart locks for easy self check-in. There is plenty of parking available in front of the home, as well as on the surrounding streets.

Other things to note
Historic Charm:
This is a lovingly restored 1920 Adobe rowhouse, and with age comes character. Everything has been updated as much as possible, but it is a historic property so it may feel different than modern homes.
