Tolle Wohnung und tolle Gastgeber

Es gibt nur gutes zu berichten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist neu und sehr schön. Genug Platz, 2 Balkone und viel Fenster geben Licht und Wärme. Ins Zentrum und zu den Bussen und Bergbahnen nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss. Der inkludierte Eintritt ins Schwimmbad super! Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Winterurlaub 2020 Arieda

Eine sehr ordentliche und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Die sehr sympathischen und zuvorkommenden Vermieter sorgen für einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt. Eine Ski-Bus Haltestelle befindet sich direkt neben dem Haus. In St. Ulrich gibt es auch mehrere Möglichkeiten die Ski-Ausrüstung zu deponieren. Wir hatten unsere Ausrüstungen bei der Bergstation Seiseralm deponiert.

Clean and moderne apartement

We (a family of 4) had some wonderful days in Ortisei. The apartement was moderen, and very clean. The host and his family was very friendly and helpful to suggest hiking-trips. The children really enjoyed the free entrance to the swimmingpool. We would gladly come back to explore more hiking around Ortisei. This is really an apartement to reccomend if you're exploring the Dolomites.

Perfekte Unterkunft für Wintervergnügen

Wir haben uns während unseres Auftenhaltes für unseren Skiurlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die gemütliche Dachgeschosswohnung ist neu renoviert und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Besitzer sind jederzeit erreichbar und kümmern sich freundlich und hilfsbereit um alle Anliegen. Es besteht eine gute Anbindung an den Skibusbetrieb, der nächstgelegene Skibetrieb Saiser Alm ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. St. Ulrich ist ein belebter Ort, in dem vom Kühlschrankeinkauf über Shoppingbummel bis hin zum schicken Abendessen alles möglich ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder. - Vielen Dank.

Een warm thuis in de koudste week van het jaar

Voor het tweede jaar bij de familie Stuffen in Ortisei. En zoals de titel het al zegt: "het is een warm thuis". Het appartement onder het dak is behaaglijk, warm, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Met 2 ruime slaapkamers, een ruime badkamer en een natte ruimte met wc en douche is het prima vertoeven. Het appartement ligt aan de rand van het dorp. Alle voorzieningen, waaronder de supermarkt, het zwembad en de skipistes, zijn echter binnen maximaal 10 minuten loopafstand bereikbaar. Skiliefhebbers vinden in de Dolomieten een veelheid aan mooie en ruime pistes. Er is een gemoedelijke sfeer waarbij bijna iedereen de Duitse taal beheerst.De familie Stuffen informeerde ons over de vele mogelijkheden in en rondom het dorp Ortisei. Teveel om op te noemen en voor ons reden om voor volgend jaar weer terug te keren naar de Dolomieten.

Schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die moderne Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber mit einer schönen Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Unsere Erwartungen wurden vollumfänglich erfüllt. Der Vermieter hat sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert und uns mit allen nötigen Informationen und Tipps versorgt. Das war sehr hilfreich, da wir uns in St. Ulrich und Umgebung gar nicht auskannten. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Schöne große Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage, fast mitten in St. Ulrich, alles (Einkauf, Restaurants und Lifte) sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir waren als Familie mit 5 Personen da. Die Wohnung ist auch gut für 4 Erwachsene nutzbar.

Fantastiche Dolomiti

Piacevolissima vacanza ad Ortisei in compagnia di amici. Eravamo 2 coppie di adulti ed abbiamo soggiornato in uno degli appartamenti di casa Arieda. L'appartamento è favoloso, ristrutturato di recente, pulitissimo, ben attrezzato, comodissimo per 4 persone. Con una piacevolissima passeggiata si raggiunge il centro di Ortisei, gli impianti di risalita ed un percorso jogging che arriva fino a Santa Cristina. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili ci hanno fornito info sulla zona. Struttura consigliatissima!

Wonderful alpine retreat

We had a wonderful summer stay in this well-appointed, modern apartment in Ortisei. It was up 3 flights of stairs and about a 10-minute walk from the main pedestrian zone in town, but it had everything you could want, was very comfortable, and the host was kind and attentive. If you're going hiking in the Dolomites, you couldn't ask for a better home base.

Ein sehr geräumiges, modernes Appartment, sehr sauber und ruhig. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die uns sowohl über Wanderungen als auch kulturelle Events sehr gut beraten haben. Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Der Kauf der Gardena-Card ist empfehlenswert, um die Gegend zu erkunden.

Im Grödnertal auf hohem Niveau

Der Aufstieg in die 3.Etage (Dachgeschoß) ist beschwerlich, lohnt sich aber in jedem Fall. Eine sehr geräumige Wohnung mit einer großen Wohnküche und nach Osten (Sonnenuntergang) ausgerichtetem Balkon. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für eine vierköpfige Gruppe erforderlich ist. Das "große" Schlafzimmer, von Naturholz dominiert, ist nach Westen ausgerichtet und hat einen kleinen Balkon. Der morgendliche Blick geht schon in die Berge. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat Dachfenster. Hier wird das Mobiliar sicher bald dem Rest der Wohnung angepaßt. Es gibt auch ein "großes" Badezimmer , das einfach mehr Platz bietet als das zweite, kleinere. Uns, zwei Paaren, war grundsätzlich wichtig, dass es überhaupt zwei Badezimmer gab. Der freundliche Vermieter hat uns gleich zu Beginn eingewiesen, uns die Besonderheiten der Wohnung (elektrische Außenjalousien, Parken, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. ) erläutert und stand immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Ins Ortszentrum sind es ca. 10 Minuten, zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5 Minuten Fußweg. Trotz der Nähe zur Hauptstraße nimmt man den Straßenverkehr durch die Schallschutzbauweise kaum wahr. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche schöne Wanderungen,

Ancora e sempre Ortisei

Orisei/Appartamento Granda é la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo bellissimo appartamento e di certo ce ne saranno altre. Luminoso, sobrio, super accessoriato e con una bellissima vista sui boschi e le montagne della Val Gardena l'appartamento Granda ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre esigenze. Si presta bene ad una famiglia con bimbi (il caso nostro) anche perché é spazioso e funzionale. A pochi passi vi é un bosco ed un grande campo di calcio. Il centro di Ortisei é raggiungibile a piedi ed i proprietari sono delle persone squisite e disponibili. L"appartamento é arredato con materiali pregiati e molto gusto.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Man braucht kein Auto zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen. Für uns war der Aufenhalt dort perfekt.

Nieuw en ruim appartement

Onder het dak heeft de familie een mooi en ruim modern appartement gemaakt met alle voorzieningen. Twee slaapkamers met ieder een tweepersoonsbed, twee natte ruimten en twee balkons. Een hartelijke ontvangst. Eigen parkeerplaats, een skidepot en een warme opbergplaats voor de skischoenen. Mooie ligging aan de rand van Ortisei en toch alles op loopafstand (De Spar, de bakker, restaurantjes en de afhaalpizzeria). De halte voor (ski)bus naar de skipiste en het centrale punt in het dorp ligt voor de deur. Het skigebied Seisser Alm is fijn voor gezinnen met kinderen. Vanuit Wolkenstein (met bus of auto eenvoudig en snel vanuit Ortisei te bereiken) kun je de Sellaronda skiën of het andere kindvriendelijke gebied van Alta Badia eenvoudig bereiken. De oefenpistes voor de eerste ski-ervaring ligt ook op loopafstand (zelfs met skischoenen) en is vanuit het balkon te zien. Voordeel is dat de plaats Ortisei vanaf de snelweg goed bereikbaar is.

Tolle Urlaubswoche

wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Ferienhaus. Würden dieses Objekt wieder buchen. Die Angaben entsprachen absolut dem Inserat. Wohnung top gepflegt und gute Lage. Bäcker, Restaurants, Zentrum sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieter.
