Magnificent little house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms 2 terraces and outdoor barbecue located in a very well maintained complex with large garden and communal pool( only for guests and residents).
The lower terrace offers a barbecue for shared BBQ.
The magnificent sun roof terrace impresses with its breathtaking view of the sea. Cosy lounge furniture and sun loungers as well as a shower provide a feel-good atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi and Netflix complete the offer.Town and beach are within walking distance. City bus is located in the immediate vicinity.
Nerja, a jewel on the Costa del Sol. Originally Spanish and yet equipped with everything that keeps the holiday in the best memory.

we had a hard time finding the location because NAV took us to the same street name, but not the right place. Once we finally figured out where we’re going it was great from there. The property was nice, the pool is a bit of a walk to get to but nice. we had a car in the location was very easy to get to and from other places.

Everything we needed

A fantastically equipped and clean holiday home that was a perfect base to explore the area from. The rooftop terrace was the highlight proving to be a great spot to sunbathe and to watch the sunset from. The complex of San Juan was really well maintained and the pool area was really good. Martina was a great host and really quick to reply to any queries we had. We will be recommending Casa Mar to other families we know wanting to visir Nerja.

Perfect spot!

Well kept and perfect located (parking almost before your door). Relax on the balcony with great views; cook in a well-equipped kitchen, or take an 8min walk downtown. The market is even closer. Contact to the owner is exemplary, always approachable, but: What more could you ask for?

👌 das Haus liegt in einer Anlage die interessant gestaltet ist und verfügt über alle notwendigen Einrichtungen. Es ist gepflegt und man fühlt sich wohl in der Urlaubszeit. Etwas beengt sind die Bäder.. aber für Urlaub reicht es. Man hat einen herrlichen Blick zum Meer und auf die Berge. Wir haben die Abende auf der Terrasse genossen.

Jamais vu un un lieu de vacances AUSSI bien,et joliment équipé 👍. ..tout était la pour nous permettre des vacances de rêves,l emplacement, le parking,et toutes commodités ( sauf un micro-ondes)🤔.
