The grand Tiki was an excellent experience for my 4 couple group. We are all in our early 50’s and the whole house was perfect for our group. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The living area was excellent for our group to sit and eat together. The pool area was spacious as well and clean. We did not feel bunched up weather in the pool all together or lounging around the pool and spa. The floating dock is not for more than 1 person at a time and that is the only negative from our whole experience. The screened in upstairs patio was awesome for gathering and enjoying some table top games. The kitchen is so spacious for making big meals and the 2 grills right outside are clean and work perfectly. The view from the patios and master bedroom of the Cudjoe bay into the Atlantic were spectacular. The last is our host Jody. We had 2 minor issues and she addresed them immediately and professionally and was the most pleasant host I have dealt with in my 20 years of visiting the keys. We will definitely go through Key West luxury rentals for next years trip
