The main level features a bright living and dining area with an electric fireplace, flowing seamlessly into a modern kitchen with island seating and direct access to the upper deck. Two king suites on this level each offer private en-suite bathrooms, making it ideal for couples or multi-generational stays.
Downstairs, a second oversized living room becomes the ultimate hangout zone with a large sectional, fireplace, Xbox, and ping pong table. The third king bedroom and full bath on this level add privacy and flexibility. With 3.5 bathrooms, private driveway parking, and both a deck and covered patio, this home makes it easy to relax, reconnect, and create lasting memories together.

The home offers easy residential parking and quick access to I-35, I-435, and Shawnee Mission Parkway, making travel around the Kansas City metro fast and convenient.

*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property.
*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.
*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $125 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations. Taxes are collected in addition to the fee) There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.
