The private dock features two boat slips and an incredible martini bar on the concrete dock—ideal for gathering while staying close to the water. Spend afternoons on the swim platform or floating on the swim mat, and evenings around the firepit or dining on the deck. Multiple deck spaces offer seating for outdoor meals and conversation overlooking the lake.

Inside, the layout is designed for groups. The lower-level primary suite walks directly onto the lakeside deck and includes a private ensuite with walk-in shower. Two upper-level bedrooms feature queen beds and twin bunks, providing flexibility for families. The living room includes a couch and futon, electric fireplace, and lake views. A fully equipped kitchen with island seating and dining table makes gathering easy, and the in-home washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Located at the 2 Mile Marker in Lake Ozark, you are positioned near some of the most popular lake destinations. By water, you are minutes from waterfront restaurants and bars like H. Toad's, Shady Gators, and other Bagnell Dam Strip favorites. The historic Bagnell Dam Strip offers shopping, arcades, dining, and nightlife.
By land, you're close to golf at The Cove and Bear Creek Valley, family fun at Big Surf Waterpark, mini golf, go-karts, and boat rentals. • The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
• This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved; however, in winter, they may ice over and become difficult to navigate.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Guests have full access to the home and private dock with lake access.
