Our newly renovated family beach home is the perfect place to host your family and friends in the Ventnor Beach, Atlantic City, Chelsea area!

Sleeping 14 people comfortably across 7 bedrooms, you`ll have space to kick back and relax after a day of fun on the beach, prepare a meal to share, and multiple comfortable areas to create new memories!

You will be just a short stroll two blocks to the beach and right between amazing restaurant and nightlife options in Ventnor and Atlantic City.

We`re available via Airbnb messages and phone during business hours.

Outside of that we do the best we can to get back to you ASAP when we`re not spending time with our family :)

Quiet beach town family neighborhood. Lots of local shops, delis and bistros with-in a short walking distance!


Visiting Ventnor, which has much more of a calm and residential feel than most Jersey Shore towns, comes with the added benefit of having all the glitz of Atlantic City immediately to the north, and the summertime beach town atmosphere of Margate immediately to the south.


You can ignore all that and stay put, or you can make the most of it, with peaceful Ventnor as your home base.

Atlantic City is a resort city on New Jersey`s Atlantic coast that`s known for its many casinos, wide beaches and iconic Boardwalk. Established in the 1800s as a health resort, today the city is dotted with glitzy high-rise hotels and nightclubs. In addition to gambling at slot machines and table games, the casinos offer spa treatments, performances by famous comedy and music acts, and high-end shopping.

1) Confirm that only registered guests will be at the house. It sleeps plenty all ready, but our family home is not available for non-registered guests.
2) This is not a party house, its a family home. If a party is detected by the noise monitoring system, it automatically contacts local law enforcement. The city is pretty cautious to ensure that no one disturbed, ya know? Just wanted to double check that this is fits your needs. :)

Minimum age to book this property is 25.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
-Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events. Your reservation will be terminated immediately, and you`ll be removed from the property.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
