Among winter sports enthusiasts, this penthouse is a popular place to stay. Just 300 metres from the house, you take the ski bus to the popular Zell am See-Kaprun ski area, where you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing. The latter (cross-country skiing), by the way, is already possible 500 m from the house.

In summer, it is also great to be here. In the beautiful region, you can make kilometres of walks and cycle tours through unspoilt nature. Just 9.5 km away is the Zellersee: a lake where you can enjoy swimming, accompanied by a sunbathing lawn for sun lovers

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
