The house was spacious and comfortable. The view of the San Juan River steps away from the porch was priceless. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw deer and even a red fox. We traveled with a dog, the house provided some dog dishes and other items. Outside of Pagosa Springs phone service can be spotty in all directions but once we connected to the house's WiFi there was no issue. It was a great time.

This is a great property with to-die for views. It was clean, well laid out, pet friendly and easy to find. About the only things we thought would be nice is to add a closet rod in the first floor bedroom so you can hang clothes in it; and a couple lamps in the living room. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!!
