The Baltic Sea is right on your doorstep—just 25 metres away is the beautiful, fine-sand Südstrand with its beach promenade, the pier, and the 230-meter-long jetty. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea and the vibrant beach life. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the spa gardens, playgrounds, shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as recreational activities, attractions, and places to visit. The hallway features a wardrobe and a bench that doubles as a seat and luggage rack. The stylish bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, toilet, sink with a hair dryer, towel warmer, and heated floors, and is directly connected to the adjacent bedroom. <br>You can spend relaxing, sunny hours enjoying a side view of the Baltic Sea on the covered, south-west-facing balcony, which is furnished with garden furniture. The balcony is accessible from the living area. A cot can be set up in the living area for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request.
