Welcome to Apartment 22 in Building 1 of the "Vier Jahreszeiten" complex!

This 2-room apartment on the 3rd floor delights up to 4 guests with its sunny southwest-facing location.

In the combined living room and bedroom with a built-in kitchen, you’ll find two large single beds, a sofa area, a dining table that seats 4 people, and the open kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic stove, an exhaust hood, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave.

The separate children’s room features a bunk bed for kids. A small seating area for the kids, a shelving unit, and a child-friendly design round out the furnishings. The en suite bathroom offers a very spacious, modern shower, a toilet, and a lighted mirror.

Highlight: On the balcony, guests have access to a stylish beach chair and balcony furniture. Listen to the wonderful sound of the ocean, and if the sun gets too strong, you can extend the awning for shade.

A CD player, DVD player, films, and games are also available, as well as a high chair (located in the "Kizi" area behind the bed).

Complex:

The "Vier Jahreszeiten" holiday complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square metres.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cosy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 lifts and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests of the complex.
A large car park with a gate system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
