Why they chose this property
West Plaza is an older established neighborhood in the heart of Kansas City. You can be anywhere in 20 minutes. The best of the city is within five. None of the houses are the same here. They are all unique and the tree canopy allows for shaded strolls just about any time of day.
We have bodegas and art galleries as well as restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Great coffee shops too. Everyone that stays here really loves the neighborhood.

What makes this property unique
I love this hundred year old house and loved modernizing it along the way. Much of the woodwork is original and gives it that warm feeling. But what I love most is my triple level deck in the back and patio below. For 6 months of the year it is my Oasis it can be yours too.
