Checkout by 11:00 AM. Please take out trash, start dishwasher, leave beds & towels, and don’t remove any items. Lock doors & garage; press keypad lock on front door.
Leave garage clicker on kitchen counter by paper towels. Turn off lights/AC. Thank you for caring for our condo—we hope you enjoyed your stay in Dallas!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Early/late check-in needs approval. 2-car garage included; guest parking only in marked spots. Quiet hours 10 PM–7 AM. No excessive noise.
No smoking in condo or garage. No pets. Rooftop access allowed; no children, parties, glass, or loud music. Follow posted rules.
Do not remove items. Wash dishes, take out trash, don’t move furniture. No tampering with detectors, cameras, Wi-Fi, or security systems.
