About this property

Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has been recently renovated throughout. The master bedroom is very spacious with a sitting area and large bathroom. 3 of the four bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large dining area that seat 8 comfortably. There is a bonus sitting room with a desk and printer for your use, as well as a large mudroom to hang skis and keep winter wear. The backyard has 2 great seating areas and a BBQ. The Urban Trail, which extends for over 50 miles through and around Flagstaff is located 2 houses down and is great for walking, running or biking. Thorpe Park is just 2 blocks away and has tennis, handball, basketball, baseball fields and a dog park. Many music venues are hosted here. The heart of downtown Flagstaff is less than a mile away. The backyard is spacious and private with gas BBQ and lots of seating. We are located in a perfect spot to explore the Grand Canyon or Sedona, ski Snowbowl, visit NAU, or enjoy the unique town and great dining in Flagstaff.

Excellent host, home, and location

Nancy was a fantastic host. She was very attentive with anything we needed, which was not much as the home is very well appointed and stocked. The decor was lovely and she even offered us early check in and late check out. We will definitely stay again, and recommend to anyone else looking to visit Flagstaff.

Family Vacation

The property was very clean and stocked with everything our family needed. Nancy even provided us with a snack bin and a bottle of wine. An amazing experience for us all and we’ll definitely be back!

Perfect location for all things Flagstaff!

Enough space for us all! Well equiped kitchen, everything you'd need to cook. Super clean, great bathrooms and bedrooms. In one minute we were at the Ski Haus getting our equipment, or dinner at Josephine's..... Or just going down the hill to downtown Flag, Babbits for headlamps or Dark Sky Brewing after Snowbowl. We came to ski, just hung a left out of our street and a straight shot to the resort. Will stay again and get to use those bikes. Best location ever!

Absolutely wonderful home

The home was very spacious and inviting. We had plenty of room for four adults. Everything was well appointed. Host left us a little welcome gift which was a pleasant surprise. Beds were comfortable and the house had all the conveniences of home. Cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Great location from downtown and skiing. We would highly recommend to stay at this home. Great communication from host. We can't wait to go back.

Excellent Location and Home

The home was wonderful plenty of space, great backyard for the kids and dog. Great amenities. Quiet, private, walkable to downtown or a quick few minute drive. Don't think twice, book it!

Our family of 6 lives in Phoenix and just recently purchased and renovated this home in Flagstaff. We love the Flagstaff area, offering skiing in the winter, and a respite from the hot summers in Phoenix. We are big outdoors people and enjoy all of the hiking and biking opportunities the area offers. We hope to some day retire here, but until then, we want to share it with others.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because it is in a great neighborhood, within a 10 minute walk to downtown and easy access to the Urban Trail. It's also right off of Hwy 180 which makes it a great location for getting to Snow Bowl and the Grand Canyon. We have a son attending NAU and it's a vey easy ride for him to visit us.
