Spacious, one floor, open plan, beautifully appointed with maple cabinetry, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabin decor furniture, unique themed art work, two 55' LED flat screens, two American Leather sofa beds. Sunny, south facing decks with panoramic mountain views. Underground parking, ski lockers and access to secured mountain bike storage.
The Carleton Lodge is the single closest property to both Whistler and Blackcomb's main lifts for both winter and summer activities. This location is the only area that has access to BOTH mountains as well as the only location to have access to the main mountain bike lift for summer activities.
There simply is no better location in all of Whistler and you are only steps from not only the main lifts but dozens of restaurants, bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, equipment rentals and almost everything else Whistler has to offer.
This location is also within easy walking distance of 100's of restaurants, lounges, bars, nightclubs and shops. Many, including the Longhorn Salon, Black's Pub, The Mexican Corner, Sushi Village, Showcase Snowboards, Teppan Village, Indian Masala Bistro, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Dubh Linn Gate Irish Pub, Zog Dogs, Burton, Lulu Lemon, McCoos, Fat Tony's, Avalanche Pizza, Lift Coffee Company (plus many more) are all either in the building or right outside the door.
This is not a hotel so we don't have hotel like amenities or hotel like services but the property is stock with everything you will need for a great vacation.
* Ski-in condo at the base of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. The main gondolas for skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, sightseeing and access to the mountain chalets are directly outside this property (there is NO better location in all of Whistler).
* Almost 2000 square feet of mountain view living space (twice the size of almost all other properties in the Carleton Lodge).
* 4 Bedrooms & 4 Full Baths (2 with Jacuzzi bathtubs).
* 2 American Leather (brand) sofa sleepers, there is no better sofa sleeper on the market.
* 2 Full kitchen and 2 Wine Bars.
* 2 Beautiful cozy heater fireplaces.
* Fully Air Conditioned for summer rentals.
* Full-sized In-suite laundry (washer and dryer).
* Two paid underground parking spaces available. Two private ski/board lockers plus private (building) bike room. Maximum vehicle height for underground parkade is 6' 8".

This was a great property for a large family. It’s got an excellent location with plenty of room and all the amenities you might need. In summer the Crankworx bike competition is right outside the window and loud enough to be annoying all day inside even with the doors closed, but if you can avoid that this property is perfect. Very comfortable and a wonderful place to spend time.
Wonderful location and view was spectacular. Watched New Year's celebrations (fireworks, stage show) from comfort of condo and balcony! Gondolas and lifts steps away. One suggestion....directions to condo if not driving a car. We were picked up at airport and driver had no idea where to drop us and the door to enter Carleton is not marked very well. It was dark and it took a while to find entrance. Excellent directions to parking garage and elevator from garage but no directions to actual elevator to enter condo floors.
This was a family get together ski trip. The location was perfect as we could ski and return to the condo as much as needed. The owner was very accommodating and great to work with. We’ll definitely stay there again!!!
Host allowed me to renter two properties with 18 total individuals. This was a large process, but the host was kind and patience. Highly recommend. Location could not be better.

Amazing location right next to the gondolas and views are splendid. Furniture is quite baby friendly but you’ll need to bring an attachable highchair and your own crib. Both kitchens well equipped but we had to move a few things from one to the other. Knives are dull like most rental places. Beds are comfy and bathrooms very clean. Great communication from owners.
The location and lay out of this property perfectly suited our two families as adjoining units. The proximity to the gondola(s) and village were such that we didn’t need to utilize our vehicles the entire week of our stay.
