Braunlage invites you to explore its many hiking trails, which are right in the immediate vicinity.
Starting in the winter season, the Wurmberg winter sports area is perfect for skiing, sledding, and cross-country skiing. In the Wurmberg/Braunlage ski area, you’ll find ideal conditions for your winter holiday.
When there’s no snow, the Wurmberg serves as the perfect starting point for the Harz MTB route network, featuring numerous signposted MTB routes to suit every athletic preference and a wide range of other recreational activities.
And afterwards, you can enjoy our Finnish sauna (€6 for 1 hour), an infrared cabin to soothe tired muscles, a Raindance shower, and a cosy relaxation room.

The Bergwald is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible via a staircase. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a tub, and a bathroom with a shower.
The first bedroom has a box spring bed. The second bedroom has a box spring bed and two sleeper chairs.
The large living room offers a fantastic view of Braunlage. Both the living room and bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs.
The modern built-in kitchen features a large dining area, from which you can access the spacious rooftop terrace with seating.
