Enjoy a fantastic family getaway with two side-by-side 3-bedroom homes, each sleeping 8 for a total of 16 guests. Just a short walk to Alhoona Resort, a photo with the iconic Blue Cat sign from The Ozark Show, and close to great restaurants and boat rentals. Both homes have well-stocked kitchens, dining areas, and docks with water toys. At 35 Mallard: Main level king room, queen room, two bunks with 4 twins, plus 2.5 baths. 2026 New deck with patio furniture, screen porch, plenty of shoreline for Lake time. On-site lily pad, water noodles, and boat dock.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start the dishwasher. Please take your leftover with you or to the trash. If the trash is full we will come get the extra bags by the cans
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loud music on the dock
We have off site trailer parking and an in-and-out ramp cost is $10 each time.
No pets or smoking in the home.
