We had a great stay at this pet friendly cute cottage in south knox! The property was clean and cozy and had all the things we needed for a fun weekend with our grown kids who are local to the area!It is a great location and checks a lot of boxes! Close to the university, great restaurants on the riverfront and walking distance to great hiking, bike trails and outside activities for kids!Definitely recommend this cozy cottage if you need a home away from home!

South Knoxville is fantastic! Just a few minutes from UT, downtown, and a ton of fun outdoor adventures. You will also find some of Knoxville's best restaurants and entertainment spots in SoKno. Rocky Top is a fantastic college town, and the Great Smoky Mountains are easily accessible from South Knoxville.

SoKno Sage offers the charm of a cozy vacation cottage, along with all of the modern comforts of home. The cottage is fully updated with new appliances and all the extras for your perfect morning coffee or a home-cooked meal.
